I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit dated for a 4-star level, were spacious and comfortable, offering a great sea view. The service was mostly attentive and helpful, especially thanks to Mr Mohamed Nabieh; however, there were instances of inappropriate language among the staff. The location was convenient and near the center, with outstanding and respectful staff always ready to assist. The dining options were varied but with some quality issues. Overall, the hotel tries its best to offer a pleasant stay.
